As you may have noticed I haven't written about my class in the last couple weeks. As a recap, My last post 2 weeks ago I did not lose, well 1 week ago I was up .3lb. I was devastated. 2 weeks and no loss, I couldn't even write about it. I started looking at what I was or wasn't doing in the last 2weeks that was different from the weeks of results. FOOD LOG!!!!!! I did not do my food log, this is a simple thing but it stops me from taking those extra nibbles that can amount to an easy 200-300 calories per day. One pound is equal to 3500 calories, so if I go above my 1200-1300 calories per day I am obviously not going to lose. So last week I did my food log, I even had a date with my husband at a steak restruant and a baby shower with awesome choc. mocha cupcakes all in one day and I wrote it all down! YEAH!! I weighed in one day early and I am down 5 pounds! WOOHOO!!
So I cannot stress enough how important it is to do a food log. I have 8 weeks left and My goal is to lose another 20.1 pounds for a total of 30.6 lbs for this 12 week challenge. It will then put me at less than when I got married over 4 years ago.
I will be speratic in my posts the next week and a half as I am ever so excited to visit my sister and her new baby boy and help her with her darling daughter. Keep checking and please check in on me and challenge me to keep on my path of weight loss.
