We started out 12 days of christmas last night with the boys. First they decorated they're christmas tree with the ornaments that they made. Then we let them open they're first gift revealing the stable in the nativity story. We explained what it was and that tommorrow they will get another present to tell them more of the story.
I finally got our family christmas tree decorated during one of the boys' naps last week. On saturday we got together with some friends and they're kids and made christmas cookies. We made, sugar cookies of course, peanut butter blossoms, chocolate chip fudge cookies, and biscotti. That was fun and the kids loved hanging out together all in the spirit and excitement of christmas.
